DMCA Compliance Overview
We operate solely as a technical setup and support service for Tivimate users, facilitating access to content from third-party providers without hosting, storing, or transmitting any copyrighted material. We are committed to upholding intellectual property rights and strictly comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.
Trademarks and Logos
Any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on our site or support materials are the property of their respective owners. These are used for informational purposes only to indicate compatibility or support services and do not imply ownership or affiliation. We comply with trademark laws and take care not to infringe on intellectual property rights.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Overview
Enacted in 1998, the DMCA addresses copyright challenges in the digital environment. It provides safe harbor protections for service providers, shielding us from liability for user-generated content as long as we comply with notice-and-takedown procedures. The DMCA also supports fair use, educational purposes, and the lawful distribution of content, while providing copyright holders with mechanisms to enforce their rights.
Our Role
We provide technical setup support for authorized IPTV services. We act solely as a distributor of information and configuration guidance, without claiming ownership or control over third-party content. All content accessed through our services is the property of the original creators, and we disclaim liability for external streams, playlists, or channels.
Content Ownership and External Responsibility
All content accessed through our services belongs to third-party providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any content they access is legally obtained and properly licensed. We do not influence or host external content, and we respect the rights and autonomy of external content providers.
Copyright Infringement Notifications
We comply fully with DMCA regulations. Copyright holders may report infringements by providing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work.
- Location of the allegedly infringing content.
- A declaration that the use is unauthorized.
- Contact information and a valid signature.
We review all notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing content in accordance with DMCA requirements. Notices may also be escalated if international copyright standards are involved.
Counter-Notice Procedure
Users may submit counter-notices if they believe content was removed in error. Counter-notices must include sufficient contact information and a statement under penalty of perjury confirming good faith belief that the material was removed mistakenly. We forward counter-notices to the complainant in compliance with DMCA law.
Account Termination Policy
Repeated copyright infringement or violation of intellectual property rights by users may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
Liability Waiver
Users engage with our services at their own risk. We disclaim liability for any loss, damages, or legal claims arising from third-party content. All activities must comply with applicable copyright laws, local jurisdiction rules, and international copyright treaties where applicable.
