Missing Channels – HD & 4K Quality: Refunds will not be granted for missing channels as they may be affected by content availability or licensing agreements.

Temporary Buffering: Temporary buffering may occur due to various factors, including your internet connection. Refunds will not be issued for temporary buffering issues.

Temporarily Not Working Channels: Occasionally, channels may face temporary outages due to various reasons. Refunds will not be provided for such interruptions.

EPG Missing/Wrong: Electronic Program Guides (EPG) are offered as a convenience and may not always be accurate or complete. Refunds will not be given for missing or incorrect EPG data.

Not Able to Set Up Our Services: We provide support and guidance for setting up our services. If you face difficulties during setup, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will not be granted solely due to setup issues.

ISP Blocking: Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) might block certain content or services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your ISP does not block access to our services. Refunds will not be issued for issues related to ISP blocking.

No Reason Provided: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request. Refund requests without a clear and justifiable reason will not be processed.

Slow Internet Speed: We recommend a minimum internet speed for optimal streaming quality. If you experience slow internet speeds, it may affect your streaming experience, but refunds will not be issued for this reason.
